With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of Jeela Palluq-Cloutier early in January 2026. Jeela and her partner Stéphane founded Qiliqti Inuktut Linguistic Services Inc. She`ll be missed by her family, friends and so many others. She was a beacon of excellence in the preservation and revitalization of Inuktut.
